Apex Action Proud to Support Mid Cheshire Hospitals Charity “Fashion & Fizz” Event
Apex Action was proud to sponsor Mid Cheshire Hospitals Charity Fashion & Fizz evening held at Nantwich Town Football Club on 8th March 2019. Over £2000 was raised on the night, all proceeds of which will go towards their ‘Everybody Knows Somebody’ dementia appeal.
Members of the local community, businesses, Mid Cheshire NHS staff, family & friends joined together to enjoy a fabulous evening! They received a glass of Prosecco on arrival, followed by 3 taster glasses of different types of fizz, all supplied by Rodney Densem Wines of Nantwich.
The centre stage was taken by Bella Boutique of Sandbach & Northwich who hosted a fantastic fashion show, as well as guests being able to purchase the latest Spring fashions on the night.
M&S Simply Food, Nantwich provided the culinary treats. Lucky guests who participated in the raffle won luxury prizes including an afternoon tea for two compliments of Mere Hotel & Spa, a six-week body makeover programme from Andy Lewis at Ride & a travel voucher donated by Julie Chesters of Travel Counsellors.

This was our first fundraiser event of 2019 & what a great start! We know our supporters like to have fun & this evening was no exception. Events like this are key to raising much needed funds for our ‘Everybody Knows Somebody’ dementia appeal which is so important to us.
It finances projects such as the creation of beautiful safe outside spaces as well as the purchase of dementia clocks, reclining chairs & state-of-the-art reminiscence technology. All these things enhance the care & experience for patients living with dementia who use our hospitals.
