Apex Connected have weathered the storm of the Covid pandemic and we have fully supported our Clients and our Apex Team of top people throughout.   We are now back with a vengeance and need talented, energised and hardworking people to help us pursue our mission!

Apex Connected provide managed business services relating to office copiers, printers, IT and mobiles.  Our mission is to help schools, charities and businesses save money and save time and because we care passionately about our planet, to save this too!

From April 2021 we want to expand our team. We are recruiting for Telesales Executives and a Service Co-ordinator/Administration Assistant!

Working alongside our sales team and Commercial Manager, as one of our Telesales Executives you’ll play a vital role in the team.  You will be responsible for calling prospective clients, seeking out those that match our tribe and turning them into qualified leads.  Additionally you’ll populate and keep our CRM database right up to date and with a keen eye for detail, ensure that the data is absolutely accurate!   There will be ambitious targets to meet, but we’ll help you learn all about our products and services to make it as easy as possible for you.  It’s a new telesales department that we are setting up so for the right peak performer there is the opportunity for you to help shape and grow it.

To help keep our office in Lymm, Cheshire running super smoothly and to continue to nurture our existing clients we need an outstanding Customer Service Coordinator/Administration Assistant.   You will love organising people and paperwork!  You will thrive on following processes and procedures and make sure the rest of the team follow them too.  It’s a varied role where you will utilise your communication, prioritisation, planning and time management skills to help our clients on the phone and via e-mail, book calls for our service engineers and provide administration support to the management team.

Full or part time hours considered.  Starting salaries are from £18,000 per year, but negotiable dependent upon experience.   A commission / bonus structure is also available for the telesales role.
